Construction ManagementThe City of Bowling Green accepted the award from the American Public Works Association Kentucky Chapter for the "Project of the Year" 2005 -- Bowling Green Police Headquarters Addition and Renovation" in the building category.
As a result of the rapid growth of the area, the City of Bowling Green has multiple capital improvement projects on-going throughout the year. These projects include sidewalk and street construction as well as building and park construction.

|2015-19||FY15 Overlay Project||The annual resurfacing of City streets, this year the City will be re-surfacing approximately 7 miles of City Streets and replacing 26 handicapped ramps in the process. The asphalt plants have shutdown for the winter and will open when the weather is sufficiently warm enough to pave and the winning contractor will have 90 days to complete the resurfacing.
