Duties Of Position: Answers and directs incoming calls; greets and directs visitors to the department; contacts and schedules various vendors for services, creates and updates division work orders, performs general office duties such as: typing, filing, or copying; prepares purchase orders, pay bills, and enters payroll and leave records; tracks employee training compliance, maintains and updates various spreadsheets; creates documents (i.e., letters, reports, flyers, lists, forms, etc.); assists other personnel or divisions as needed; and prepares routine and special reports as required.
Job Requirements: High School diploma (or GED) required (Associate degree in Business Administration or related preferred), with one year of general business, accounting, and computer experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) a must.
Starting Salary: Pay Grade 111; Starting salary $27,539/yr., ($13.23/hr); plus a full benefit package.
Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime possible.
